Deborah Melissa Bottreau, of French-Argentinian descent is a Graphic Design Graduate from the Limkokwing University of Creative Technology. She is the Founder, Managing and Creative Director of Sienna DMB Sdn Bhd, a creative and branding agency based in Malaysia.
Deborah is currently the President of the Malaysian Association of ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs (MAAYE), after previously serving as the Founding Deputy President. She also currently sits as Secretary General of the ASEAN Young Entrepreneurs Council (AYEC), an officially ASEAN-mandated network of Young Entrepreneurs from all 10 ASEAN Member States and also was recently nominated the Deputy President for the Global Entrepreneurship Movement (GEM).

FASHIONABLE FOODIST AND DECORATOR
Growing up in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia around all the creative minds and entrepreneur spirit made her start her own business at an early age, she just graduated from high school when she and a few friends started a skateboarding clothing line and it was actually the seed of all the management, designing and small business she is doing right now.
Currently she is involved in design and production of her own clothing line, producing eco-friendly shopping bags and a catering service providing healthy food for children. Cooking? Yes, that’s what she loves to do when she is trying to get inspiration.

Born in Argentina, raised in Mexico, and currently living in Malaysia since 4 years ago. Graphic Designer Graduate from Taylor's University. Paula became a designer because of growing up in a society where brand identity started taking a big part of our lives. Social media accounts, realizing visuals and well made designs are key in the process of making a successful business. With still a lot to learn, Paula aspires to someday use her knowledge to help a big cause or be part of an important movement such as, example Green Designs to help with awareness and the creation of a more eco-friendly world.

Deborah Melissa Bottreau, of Argentinian-French descent is a Graphic Design Graduate from the Limkokwing University of Creative Technology. She is currently the President of the Global Entrepreneurship Movement Association & Malaysian Young Entrepreneurs ASEAN Association (MAYA). Deborah started her working career as a Graphic Designer at Freeform Sdn Bhd. Later on, she served as the International Business Development Manager at Nexbis, an IT security firm. Deborah ventured into e-commerce in 2012, serving as Production Head in Zalora Malaysia.
The tri-lingual Deborah eventually ventured overseas, where her proficiency in Spanish served her well as the Latin America Regional Head of Production for Linio, an e-commerce conglomerate based out of Mexico City. Deborah is also proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Now running her own business full time, she is a part of various start ups involved in e-commerce, crowdfunding and marketplaces. Her and the company have branded & organised events for various Asean Initiatives such as ABAM (Asean Business Awards Malaysia) ABIS 2015 (Asean Business & Investment Summit). In her spare time, Deborah has also served in various speaking capacities in various Forums organised by the ASEAN-Japan Business Council, University of Nottingham, Kolej Damansara Utama (KDU), MCA (Malaysia Chinese Association) Youth, GREAT Programme in Kuching, Sarawak organised by the Malaysia Global Innovation & Creativity Centre (MaGIC), the Asean Youth Initiatives 2016 organised by Persatuan Pelajar Indonesia (PPI) and was invited to be one of keynote speakers in Quanzhou, China for the 21st Century Maritime Silk Road Youth Entrepreneur International Conference. More recently, Deborah was invited to be a judge for the KDU Hatch Up Biz Plan Competition and officially launched their programme as an effective entrepreneurial platform. She was also the Organising Chair for the 1st Asean Young Entrepreneurs Carnival 2016, the first of its kind. 2018 she was invited as a guest speaker for Talent Rakyat Creative Accelerator Program at ASWARA as well as she was invited to be a judge at The Great Lab Carnival in Penang at CREST, where she gave a talk on Technopreneurs - The Future of being a Woman in Technology. And was also awarded Marie Claire’s Amazing Women 2016, Prestige Top 40 Under 40 in Malaysia, 30 Women Achievers & Leaders for the Golden Globe Tiger Awards 2017 & 2018 and Association Executive of the Year for MAAYE by APAC 2017 Industry Associations Awards.
Deborah has a special connection with horses, and participated in competitive showjumping from an early age. A showjumping champion and dressage medium champion, Deborah also represented Argentina in the KL Grand Prix held in Bukit Jalil. Upon semi-retirement from showjumping, Deborah now plays recreational polo with her ponies and is a FEI Level 1 & 2 certified coach.

Having developed the shift of online and social media for various companies. Lira believes that this is key in the future of marketing and branding.
Lira completed her BA in Multimedia Journalism and Psychology from The University of West London in 2006. She went on to complete her Masters of Art in International Journalism in 2007. Lira is also a graduate in Fashion styling, Fashion design, Italian fashion History and Garment Construction from the Santa Reparata International School of Art in Florence, Italy.
In her free time Lira enjoys travelling and is an avid scuba diver.

Stirring the cooking and her Interior Architecture background in one pot, she was employed as Catering and Event Coordinator for Cafe Royale, one of the well-known catering service providers for the United Nations Office in Nairobi, Kenya (UNON) and two other United Nations related institutions;

FAO for Somalia in Nairobi (Food and Agriculture Organization).
Furthermore, Cafe Royale also catered for the International School of Kenya. This provided her with a lot of experience with regards to international hospitality standards.
Dyah also featured in an Indonesian Independent Book “Kepak Sayap” about 22 Indonesian women and their life abroad. She was also involved in a few presentations regarding Business Culture and Communication classes in Padjajaran University and Telkom University in Bandung.
She is a team player with a positive mind-set, an enthusiastic embrace of challenges and unwavering commitment to exceeding client’s expectation. She always comes up with ideas and suggestions to make her clients experience something unforgettable, because she believes that everyone has something to introduce and contribute to the world.
